Bonnie Alicea has been working in the Fortune 500 for over fifteen years as a leading Consultant for "change".  This included positions such as Organizational Development Analyst, Project Manager, Senior Instructional Designer, Change Management Analyst, Trainer, and Communication Expert.  This web site contains sample work and a brief Bio of Bonnie Alicea.



Bonnie has earned a Bachelor in Applied Behavioral Science,

a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology,

and PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Bonnie is well researched and well published.  She has 7 published articles in reputable magazines, a Thesis published in 2001, and a 5 year study on generations in the workplace with motivation.  She also freelances as a writer for a community news source and spends time publishing numerous communication posts within Fortune 500 companies.
