Project Management

Project Management is crucial to many organizations.  Bonnie started in PM work with Walgreens in 2008.  She worked in the PMO office and developed training to train Project Managers how to do PM work for Walgreens. 

 

She used the PMO and PMBOK Management Guidelines to help establish the "Walgreens" way of running projects.  Since then she has been active in the PM world, attending conferences and updating her abilities with each new methodology.  Currently she has moved away from Waterfall and is a true Agile Project Manager. Her specialties is leading large scale training, HR, and IT projects, however, OD projects are her favorite!
